At NO HAY LÍMITES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy so you can shop with complete confidence.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

Product Requirements

  • Unworn: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Original tags: All tags must be attached and in perfect condition.
  • Original packaging: If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
  • No damage: Items must have no stains, odors, tears or alterations.
  • Proof of purchase: You must include the order number or proof of purchase.

Return Period

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns".
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Underwear, socks and personal hygiene items (for sanitary reasons).
  • Limited edition items or special collaborations (except for defects).
  • Products with discount greater than 50%.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing or customer-caused damage.

Important: Items that do not meet return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Request Your Return

Send an email to returns@nohaylimites.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

We will send you a confirmation email with the return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Pack and Ship

Pack the items carefully, include the RMA number visible on the package, and ship to the address provided using the prepaid label (USA) or your preferred shipping method (international).

Refund Processing

Once your package is received and inspected (5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit according to your preference.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns within the United States

  • Returns are FREE for customers in the United States.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use with USPS, FedEx or UPS.
  • If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the cost.

International Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a service with tracking number and insurance.
  • NO HAY LÍMITES is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days.
  • We will notify you by email once the refund has been approved.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Time to See the Refund

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Other methods: Time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amount

  • You will receive a refund for the price paid for the returned items.
  • Original shipping costs are NOT refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • If you used a discount code, the refund will be for the amount actually paid.

Size or Color Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact us at changes@nohaylimites.com indicating your order number and the desired exchange.
  2. We will verify the availability of the requested item.
  3. We will send you instructions for the exchange.
  4. Once the original item is received, we will ship the new item.

Express Exchanges: If you need the new item urgently, we can ship it before receiving the return. The amount of the new item will be temporarily held until we receive the original.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Send us clear photos of the defect or damage to support@nohaylimites.com.
  3. Include your order number and description of the problem.
  4. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.

For confirmed defective products:

  • We cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
  • You can choose between product replacement or full refund.
  • You may not need to return the defective item in some cases (we will confirm this).

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, you can opt to receive store credit:

  • Store credit is 10% greater than the refund amount.
  • It has no expiration date.
  • Can be used on any future purchase.
  • It is transferable (you can gift it to someone else).
  • It processes faster than a traditional refund (1-2 business days).
